We are recruiting for somebody with strong sales & customer service to join our
Novel Student team as a Community Assistant (CA).

You will play a key role within our on-site sales, events, and resident engagement at Bridle Works, Glasgow.

The CA is a part-time position (22 hours p/wk) with the primary responsibility of building relationships with current and prospective residents of our Novel Student accommodation, diligently pursuing all leads and closing the sales.


Reporting into the Property Manager, the CA will work with them to ensure all sales and marketing goals for the building are met or exceeded.

The CA is a natural sales and people-person who has a knack for social media and other marketing initiatives.


Your Mission
To support the Leasing & Marketing Manager, ensuring occupancy and leasing goals are met for the community


Leasing

  • Know all amenities and features of the property and how to favourably compare them to the competition
  • Report to Leasing & Marketing Manager each day regarding leasing traffic, prospect objections, and effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies

Marketing & Events

  • Attend local events that are related to housing or the general marketing of the community
  • Provide ideas to centralized sales and marketing team for advertising/marketing tactics throughout the year
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with every potential resident and guest in order to spread positive word of mouth

Property & Resident Relations

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the show unit(s), tour route and leasing office
  • Provide outstanding customer service for all residents
  • Input service requests in accordance with company standards
  • Communicate policies and procedures to residents
  • Assist property management with various projects as requested
  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Check in/Check out

  • Prepare necessary documents/packets for moveout and movein
  • Assist with any tasks assigned to contribute to Turn process

Your Track Record

  • Excellent customer service and relationshipbuilding skills required
  • Leasing and sales strongly preferred; strong aptitude and interest in a wide range of marketing platforms
  • Social media and digital marketing experience preferred
