As a
Senior Care Assistant with Ashmere you will be communicating effectively and professionally with the residents, colleagues, relatives and visitors at all times.
You will be responsible for staff allocation, administrating medication, liaising with the home manager, GP's, nurses, and other outside professionals which can all make for a busy shift
You will need an NVQ3 or, working towards your NVQ3 would be desirable. However, we can support you with this should you be successful in gaining a role with us.
