We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate/Senior Associate in Construction Law.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team, representing a diverse range of clients in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and representation to clients on construction law matters, including contract negotiation, project disputes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Draft and review construction contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients in navigating complex legal issues in the construction industry.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of constructionrelated issues.
Stay updated on developments in construction law and industry trends to provide proactive and strategic legal advice to clients.
Mentor junior associates and support staff, sharing knowledge and expertise in construction law.

Requirements:

- ideally with 3+ years of PQE

Strong knowledge of construction law principles, regulations, and industry standards.
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, as well as representing clients in construction disputes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Commitment to delivering highquality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Membership in relevant professional associations or organizations (e.g., Construction Law Association) is desirable but not essential.
