3-5+ PQE

Position Overview

Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Taking responsibility for the running all aspects of a case.
Strong focus on business development to bring your own work, to include networking, article writing, crossdepartmental relationship building, developing referrer relationships such as Accountants, Wealth managers, etc.
Considering and advising on evidence materials and strategy and preparation for trial.
Qualification as an England and Wales solicitor.
Experience in private wealth and trust disputes, ideally with a technical background or training seat in this area.
A technical mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience within private equity transactions, preferably gained at a large commercial law firm.
Crossborder experience and excellent academic credentials.
A willingness to take on a variety of private wealth and trust dispute cases.
