    Senior Residential Conveyancer 5y+PQE

    Requirements:

    5+ years of experience to join our team

    Strong understanding of UK property law and conveyancing procedures.

    Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

    High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.

    Confidence in handling complex and high-value property transactions.

    Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Handle all aspects of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish.

    Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including leaseholds, freeholds, sales, and purchases.

    Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.

    Conduct thorough due diligence, draft legal documents, and oversee contract exchanges.

    Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    Supervise and support junior conveyancers and administrative staff as needed.
