Commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit an Immigration lawyer of 5 or more years' PQE to their highly-regarded Immigration team.
The team assists businesses to set up and manage sponsor licences to give them access to an international pool of talent.
Preparing and submitting worker and temporary worker visa applications and acting as Level 1 Users is all part of the day-to-day operation of the team.
In addition, the team prides itself on providing commercially focused Immigration advice and support on mergers and acquisitions, astute support with sponsor licence compliance and licence downgrades, suspensions and revocations.
They also work with individuals (including high-net-worth clients) and their families on visit visas, innovator founder visas, global talent visas, dependent visas, settlement visas and British nationality applications.
There is a flexible, agile approach to working patterns.As a team they agree together on the best working arrangements that will enable each member of the team to work as effectively as possible and to achieve the right home/work balance.
Most people in the team choose to work 2 to 3 days a week in the office, with the balance being worked from home.
The ideal candidate will have UK law firm experience of Corporate/Business Immigration and experience of working with high-net worth individuals.
You will be an enthusiastic and ambitious lawyer and keen to take an active role in helping to grow the practice.
