The Role
Unitemps, part of the Warwick Employment Group, is the University of Warwick's wholly owned recruitment consultancy placing students, graduates and experienced professionals into temporary and permanent roles both on campus and with clients in the wider community.
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and confident individual; with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
Experince

- Prior experience in an administrative role
Duties
-
Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team:
- Generate online advertisements
Support with job offers:
- Place and track IT access requests
References requests:
- Take responsibility for an external inbox dealing with requests promptly
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support including photocopying, scanning, wordprocessing, collating information, and arranging meetings as directed
Right to work Checking:
- Check workers' ID documents, in accordance with compliance rules and procedures
set out in the Operations Manual:
References:
- Obtain 2 references for all current Unitemps workers
Logging and tracking these on the system:
- Providing regular updates to the team
Support the wider Unitemps team as and when required
