I am currently looking for an experienced RTA Litigation Fee earner to join an established law firm based in Blackburn.


The role will Involve:


  • Have experience of working in RTA/Credit Hire
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Able to work autonomously and effectively
  • Experience of handling civil litigation files, including RTA, EL/PL
  • In depth knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
  • A working understanding of the MOJ Portal process
  • The ability to provide a high level of client care
