    Description

    My client is looking for an Enfranchisement Solicitor, Fee Earner, or Legal Adviser to join their team in Lewes, East Sussex offices on a hybrid basis.

    The Enfranchisement team, part of the Commercial Department with 18 fee earners, serves a diverse client base. The firm is committed to a bold growth plan over the next 3 years.

    They have recently merged, expanding their service offerings to over 900 specialists covering new areas such as planning, cyber security, data protection, and risk management.

    They seek an NQ or experienced Solicitor/Legal Adviser to join their Enfranchisement Team based in Lewes.

    Duties:
    • Engage with potential clients, provide estimates, and prepare pre-instruction documents.
    • Offer prompt and practical advice to clients.
    • Maintain high standards of client care and professionalism.
    • Attend client meetings and handle legal reporting.
    • Ensure efficient financial management.
    • Contribute to business growth and identify promotional opportunities.
    Skills and experience:
    • Prior experience in Enfranchisement, Residential Property, or Property Litigation.
    • Ability to manage and progress tasks effectively.
    • Understand clients' needs and prioritize client service.
