- Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements, site conditions, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
- Utilize estimating software and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the estimating process.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and costs throughout the construction process, providing updates and adjustments as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods
- Do Take offs from Drawing
- Deal with all Tender enquiries.
- Proven experience as an Estimator and/or Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
