    Job Title: Estimator/Surveyor

    Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator/Surveyor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects while also providing surveying support as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and surveying within the construction industry, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
    • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements, site conditions, and potential risks.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
    • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
    • Utilize estimating software and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the estimating process.
    • Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
    • Monitor project progress and costs throughout the construction process, providing updates and adjustments as needed.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods
    • Do Take offs from Drawing
    • Deal with all Tender enquiries.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as an Estimator and/or Surveyor in the construction industry.
    • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
    • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
