The Role:


As a Concierge working through our employment agency, you will have the unique privilege of serving multiple high-end apartment buildings, each with its own distinctive atmosphere and community.

Your role will encompass providing a warm welcome, personalized assistance, and professional service to residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations surpassed.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Welcome residents and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and attentively addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and housekeeping services, ensuring the buildings are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of local amenities, transportation options, and attractions, providing valuable insights to residents and guests.
  • Assist with package handling, mail distribution, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with property management teams and fellow concierges to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Uphold access control measures to maintain building security and respond swiftly to emergencies or security issues.
  • Embrace the diversity of each apartment building, tailoring your service to meet the unique needs and expectations of residents.
  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role, ideally within luxury residential, hospitality, or concierge services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with residents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work across various locations and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • A proactive and solutionoriented mindset, with the ability to think quickly and handle challenges with ease.
  • Knowledge of local amenities, transportation options, and attractions across London.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding residents' expectations.
