Description

An experienced Project Administrator is needed to join the team at this Super-Prime Home Improvement Company based in Fulham, London.


You will be responsible for building strong relationships with their team of engineers to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.

Projects can involve full refurbishments to repair works over a multitude of trades.

About the Company


They are a service-focused Home Improvement company specialising in prime and super-prime refurbishment, maintenance and aftercare across London and the Home Counties.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Arranging bookings and project managing a range of works
  • Managing aftercare/ snagging list on projects
  • Being the intermediary between engineers, customers and tenants
  • Preparing quotations and all jobrelated documents
  • Following up quotations and promoting company services
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times
  • Manage a team of engineers efficiently to ensure all works are completed on time, on budget and to the highest standards
  • To build strong relationships with suppliers and engineers / subcontractors covering a variety of disciplines, i.e. decorators, builders, electricians and plumbers
  • Effectively organising materials and equipment required for all works to take place as planned
  • Invoicing clients at the job completion stage
  • Documenting all invoice transactions with material and labour costs
  • Processing all invoices from engineers and suppliers on a weekly basis this includes managing excel spreadsheets and correctly processing invoices onto the system
  • Monitoring material expenses and managing material funds for engineers
  • Weekly checking outstanding works orders and quotations ensuring updates are available
  • Qualifying all new enquiries from clients and processing as required
  • Resolving disputes and complaints

Required Experience:


  • Industry experience is essential, preferably from a property maintenance background
