We are a dynamic group of people with plans for significant growth on 2023 and are currently looking to add talented individuals to our very successful Permanent Staffing Team for our TeamBMS divisions based in Burgess Hill.

Our TeamBMS division have over 20 years of experience within the BMS sector with considerable experience in recruiting for BMS requirements for major projects.

These projects included 22Bishopsgate, Battersea Power Station, Crossrail, AstraZeneca, The Shard, Heathrow Terminal 5, 20 Fenchurch Street, Wembley Stadium, White City, Olympic Stadium and many more


We are particularly interested in experienced Recruitment Consultants, Resourcers, or graduates that are looking to develop their career in recruitment.

A brief summary of the role:

  • Screening and interviewing job applicants to evaluate their skills and experience (All compliance is looked after by our recruitment administrator)
  • Building strong relationships with our vast client base and making sure that you follow all processes to ensure you deliver excellent customer service
  • Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities. Attending new site launches etc.
