You will be working for a well-established company located just outside of Maidenhead in the travel education sector in an international environment.

Please be aware due to the location of the office you will need to be a driver.

They are looking for an experienced administrator to support in their Sales and Admissions team. This is a hybrid role working Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm with a salary of £26,000.


Key Responsibilities of the Sales and Admissions Administration role

  • Support the Sales Representatives to ensure Partner Agents have all the marketing materials and support required to promote courses.
  • Process and maintain an accurate record of agent bookings and invoices.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure all bookings are kept uptodate and any changes are communicated to colleagues.
  • Produce sales invoices, visa invitation letters and any other supporting documentation requested by the Sales Representative.
  • Maintain an uptodate record of agents, agreements, visa letters and any other sales documentation requested by the Sales Team.
  • Assist with general office administration including answering the telephone, welcoming visitors
  • Maintain the companies CRM.
  • Check & chase for missing booking information.
  • Complete adhoc marketing projects e.g. eshot campaigns and analysis, brochures, social media content, student weeks statistics, cleansing the contacts database etc.

Key Requirements of the Sales and Admissions Administration role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Excellent standard of customer service.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills.
