DATA SCIENTIST Up to £65,000 WEST LONDON (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week)

This company is working in the UK property sector, work with real estate partners & retailers This area is one of the fastest-growing industries across AI in 2024 They are looking for a Data Scientist to join their team, to produce exciting modeling solutions that support our most important product


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop new models and improve on existing ones by leveraging the new data sourcesBuild reporting tools to provide insights and standardize and track metricsPresent data to non-technical and technical key stakeholdersCollaborate with software engineers, product managers, and business leaders to define product requirements, provide analytical support, and build cutting-edge data products.

Taking a proactive approach to identifying use cases and applying forecasting models in areas of business development.
Use programming languages such as Python, and SQL.


REQUIREMENTS:
MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Extremely self-motivated and able to operate independently.

Strong programming skills in languages such as PythonOutstanding quantitative modelling and statistical analysis skills BENEFITS:
