We are currently looking for an Optical Assistant to join a leading high street practice based in Kidderminster, West Midlands.


This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fantastic practice which holds a great a set of patient focused values.

Optical Assistant - Role

  • Small practice and a closeknit team
  • Busy practice with plenty to do
  • Access to high quality lenses
  • Focus on high levels of customer care
  • Fantastic opportunity to progress DO course/management
  • Full time position
  • 9am 5:15pm Monday Saturday
  • Free medical insurance

Optical Assistant - Requirements

  • Previous experience working within optics
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about offering great service
  • Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients
  • Be able to listen and acknowledge requirements
  • Strong team player

Optical Assistant - Salary

  • Base salary up to £21,000
