Description

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, effective and motivated leader with proven operational and relevant clinical experience to provide operational and clinical leadership for our Therapy Outpatient service across our two sites at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will be expected to drive forward the Outpatient service to meet the changing demands of the health economy in line with BEST MSK Health and value based healthcare.

You will be able to demonstrate the delivery of timely, safe and effective services in line with local and national targets, across the MSK pathway.

You will be an experienced manager with skills to lead change and forge strong relationships within the Acute Trust and across the healthcare community.

You will have experience of work force planning and personnel processes and be able to manage, review and evaluate existing services to ensure that provision is equitable across the service.
