Sullivan Brown are working on behalf of our successful client in the search for an HR
Advisor (12 months) who is able to support the wider HR Team in their day to day-to-day activities as well as ad-hoc project work.


As a HR Advisor you will coach, influence and support managers to deliver an exceptional experience for everyone at each stage of the employee life cycle.

You will support leaders to create an environment where people are proud to work, are inspired to deliver great services to our customers and each other, and where contribution is recognised.

This will be a varied role supporting all departments with all HR related matters. You will be knowledgeable in employee relations and be confident guiding and advising colleagues on any matters which arise.

Knowledge of any payroll functions would be advantageous as occasional support to the Payroll Officer may be required.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in HR by joining a thriving and ambitious HR team.

We are looking for an experienced, CIPD qualified HR Advisor with good ER experience, coupled with payroll experience. You should have experience of working with an HR system and have excellent IT Skills.
