Description

We are looking to recruit friendly, motivated and professional medical receptionists to join our team at The Rothbury Practice to work within our reception area.

You will be the first contact therefore must be able to demonstrate high standards of communication and customer care skills to patients, relatives, colleagues, the public and internal & external agencies.

You must be able to prioritise workload without supervision and have good organisational and IT skills.

You will be required to answer telephone calls, respond to all enquiries, direct the public as and when appropriate, and provide admin support to all practice staff.

Previous experience of working in a GP surgery is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
