Description
Reporting to the Development Director (Specialist Horticulture), you will play a vital role within the sales team, carrying out a variety of sales and office administration tasks.
This role will be remotely based with occasional travel in to some of our offices. You will be responsible for Handling inbound sales enquiries. Management of contacts and enquiries on our CRM system.Supporting clients with queries Assisting the sales team with quotations General office management administration
What we are looking for::
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Good attention to detail Computer literate (CRM experience would be useful but not essential) Good customer service skills Ability to follow defined processes
