Job Description:


What You'll Be Doing:


Specifically, you will:

  • Drive, and build upon, the Inclusive Hiring Strategy for Publicis Groupe and Digitas to ensure Inclusion sits at the forefront of our hiring efforts
  • Be accountable for end to end recruitment for roles across the agency, at all levels
  • Partner with leadership, HR and PGUK TA to set the Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Deliver recruitment and interview training, and bespoke training to suit the needs of Digitas
  • Build a robust talent pipeline process for your agency using our ATS, and ensure this is kept up to date, and added to via research, mapping and partnering with your stakeholders to identify and uncover new talent
  • Manage and support junior members of the team in their work and development, and coach them to be the best they can be
  • Cultivate a data driven approach to what we do, using this to help influence hiring decisions

What Skills We're After:


_ Recruiting_

  • Create and implement recruitment, and sourcing strategies, in response to market conditions and other hiring challenges, to ensure we have access to the best talent
  • Demonstrate the ability to foresee and effectively solve problems through the hiring process
  • Hold a detailed knowledge of open and pending vacancies, and use data to inform the agency's decision making throughout the hiring process
  • Continuously review hiring processes, and update inline with requirements
  • Build up a comprehensive knowledge of where the best talent in market could be found, through competitor research, market analysis and participating in relevant networking events

_ Stakeholder Management_

  • Build excellent stakeholder management skills, and be a trusted partner to leadership, as well as building relationships across the wider TA team, crossagency and with our third party vendors
  • Be collaborative and flexible in your approach, adapting your approach and communication to meet the needs of your audience
  • Ensure all your communications/interactions are clear, concise and action orientated. Keep stakeholders up to date of activity, and notifying of upcoming challenges with prepared solutions
  • Develop relationships with key point people in all departments and within your team, and have an awareness of their individual needs

_ Commercial_

  • Demonstrate an expert knowledge of the market, and partner with leadership, Talent and Finance to share data and make recommendations that have a financial impact on the business
  • Own contract negotiation with third party vendors, ensuring they are financially beneficial to us
  • Focus on reducing recruitment agency spend, identifying where we need third party support and have an understanding of how this will impact the agency
  • Share key data with your agency, plus solutions for how to improve our metrics
  • Demonstrate an understanding of your agency's commercial landscape
