Cavaghan & Gray, part of 2 Sisters Food Group are actively seeking to recruit a responsible and competent individual for the role of
Boiler Operative to join our team based in Carlisle.

Previous experience in manufacturing environment
Previous experience in leadership/ supervisory role
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to produce data with accurate information

Duties as a
Boiler Operative:

Safe operation of cooking vessels, adhering to Health & Safety procedures and cleaning policies
Operation of any other preparation equipment required for the role.
Safe working practices following Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Systems of Work.
Cook and deliver a quality product, following recipes and adhering to CCP's (Critical Control Points).
Maintain a clean working environment, following the cleaning schedule and 'clean as you go'.
Accurate recording of traceability information to satisfy audit requirements.
Ensure cooks are made correctly, on time, every time to lessen any rework or waste inefficiencies.
Follow all relevant site policies and procedures.
