Corporate Support Services Administrator:

Hours - 22.5
Salary:
- WTE £20,475 Pro rata £12,285

This post involves regular, direct unsupervised access to vulnerable adults and therefore is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974
East Lancs Hospice
East Lancashire Hospice is a registered charity, founded in 1984. We support and care for patients with a life limiting illness, their families and others close to them.
We provide this in a number of ways; at the hospice and in people's own homes across our community of Blackburn, Darwen, Hyndburn and the Ribble Valley.
With approximately 120 employees and over 250 volunteers, our people are our biggest asset whom we value tremendously.Our services to the local community would not be possible without our motivated and caring workforce who always strive to deliver excellence in all that they do.
The hospice is a unique and special place, kindness and compassion are qualities that run throughout the hospice and our people truly believe in what we do.
Corporate Support Services Administrator
An exciting and new opportunity has arisen as part of the re-structure of our Corporate Support Services, for a part-time administrator.
The individual will support the Head of Corporate Support Services You must be extremely organised by nature, with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise your own workload daily.
You must have a substantial amount of complex administration experience, good communication skills with the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality when required and be able to work independently and efficiently.
What we offer
The salary for this role is £12,285 pro rata working 22.5 hours across 3 days flexibly to meet the needs of the Hospice.
We have an excellent, collaborative working environment with a generous holiday allowance of 35 days including Bank Holidays with the option to buy additional days.
