The reports and monitoring information is also vital to our successful relationships with both parents and funders


Key responsibilities include:
Ensure compliance with all exams policies and procedures, ensuring regular review and update.

Meet all internal and external deadlines for registrations, entries and reasonable adjustments.

Be the main point of contact for registrations, exams, and assessments.

Work with the IQA and staff to ensure the exam entries and qualification registrations match enrolments.

Work with the SENCO to ensure access arrangements and reasonable adjustments are in place for those learners that are eligible

Manage the organisation and sharing of results to our learners and families, including for parents evening and report writing

Collate half termly reports and send out to parents/ carers/ learners, ensuring information on progress and attendance is accurate and up to date

Manage the process for the receipt, checking and storage of all confidential materials in line with the regulations

Ensure effective coordination of invigilators, rooms, scripts, exam papers etc. and ensure contingencies are in place for emergencies

Support tutors in the administration and organisation of mock examinations where applicable

Attend training in line with examinations requirements, including for invigilation purposes

Deliver Invigilation training annually to ensure the most up to date processes are being followed

Ensure paperwork and monitoring documents are complete, collated and shared with our funding partners, as per their requirements

Assist the IQA officer in the quality and monitoring meetings and paperwork as required

Assist the vocational team in additional progress and monitoring paperwork which is relevant to the study programme

Assist the person responsible for health and safety in site visit and monitoring requirements

Attend regular staff meetings and training/development opportunities, as directed by the Centre Manager

Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, reflective practice, working as key part of a committed and motivated delivery team

Work as part of the wider Landau delivery team, offering flexible support and adapting to new requirements as appropriate, supporting the business to grow and develop

Commit to professional updating and development, attending relevant events, cascading and sharing professional insight and staying abreast of statutory and non-statutory guidance relevant to the programmes delivery
