This is an exciting opportunity to join the operations team who handle our client data, update our core database and carry out checks, monitoring and reporting.

About the Role:


We are looking to fill this post with someone who enjoys dealing with numbers and working in a team in a fast-moving Financial Services environment.

You will need you to be able to plan and prioritise your workload, work accurately, with attention to detail, good communication and IT skills.

You can develop your career in with us as we expand our business here in the UK and Europe.


Key Responsibilities:


  • We'll support you to achieve an apprenticeship qualification in data analytics
  • Gain an understanding of our systems and processes and become proficient in them
  • Understand and be proficient in all the operations/procedures for client setup and management. Working closely with the operations team to update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager, assisting with the identification and reporting of any incidents, changes or reviews required.
  • Assisting the Client Services team to achieve efficient and compliant delivery of client reporting.
  • Develop towards acting as a contingency for the Operations team as and when required.

Essential Skills

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to establish good working relationships.
  • Willing to learn techniques and skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and think logically
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail

Working Pattern - based on Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm

  • Time given for apprenticeship studies
