    Job Description

    Location: North Wales and Wrexham (possible base in Chester)

    Work arrangement: Hybrid - remote work with community coverage in North Wales (option to base in Chester, Wrexham, or North Wales)

    Salary: Up to £43,940

    Requirement: Valid driving license

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (no weekend or bank holiday shifts)

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess and review individual care plans
    • Provide training and supervision to care personnel
    • Offer clinical guidance based on expertise
    • Collaborate with healthcare teams in various settings
    • Participate in the paid phone support On-Call Rota

    Qualifications

    We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a background in ICU/HDU or complex care. To excel in this role, you should possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a compassionate nature.
