Services Administrator

Temporary role - start ASAP

Horsham Office based - free parking on site

2-3 month contract

£11.79 per hour
Do you have excellent customer service, organisation skills and great attention to detail? Are you available immediately to start a Temp assignment?


Duties will include:

  • Ordering items inputting data accurately on their systems
  • Logging all calls on client specific customer response system
  • First line of support for customers
  • Identifying customer requirements
  • Identifying unusual patterns of customer usage


This is a busy role, dealing with customers and internal engineers so the ability to remain calm under pressure and resilience is key.

You must be a confident MS Office user and able to learn a new system and new processes. Full training and support willbe given.

The role is office based and hours are flexible between the hours of 8am - 5.30pm. This is a temp role to cover whilst they recruit permanently, so could lead to a permanent position for the right person
