Mission**:
To deliver impeccable customer service at all times in order to achieve personal and shop sales targets.

Reporting to:
Store and Assistant managers.


Daily focuses:

  • Customer focus
  • Working to achieve store sales targets
  • Keeping up store and stockroom standards
  • Executing Hackett values and high standards
  • Opening/closing store
  • Daily briefs/floor walks

Applicants must have:

  • Passion for fashion industry
  • Experience in clothing retail
  • Outstanding sales skills
  • Able work within a team
  • Able to use initiative
  • Be well presented
Must be available to work across all weekdays and weekends and within Cheshire Oaks opening hours.
