Must be able to drive with the use of own car.


Our position is to look after a young lady in her 20's who requires 24 hour care, seven days a week.

The lady is non-verbal however communicates via Makaton (training will be provided), has a form of Cerebral Palsy, PEG Feed, anxiety & can exhibit behaviours that challenge

Throughout the working day you will be working alongside another Care Assistant.

Full time or Part time hours available throughout the day:
07:00 - 14:30

14:30 - 22:00

Must be able to work alternate weekends and take part in the On Call rota

Rate of pay £ £16.83 per hour


As a Care Assistant for Continuity you will be supporting children and/or adults within their own home; assisting with duties such as Personal Care, Medication, Meal and Fluid preparation and Companionship.


Due to the nature of this position mandatory training and on going training will be required via our Training Academy and Professionals that are working with Continuity of Care Services, the client and family.
