Description
Administrator required for an Admin contract. Working in the clients Post Room you will assist with a variety of tasks.

Duties to include;
Scanning in post using the digital filing system

Sorting outgoing letters

Raising purchase orders

Dealing with Invoices

Managing post that is going out

Other admin duties including scanning and processing tasks

Hours of work are Mon-Fri An occasional 5pm finish might be needed if the post is picked up late.

Working in a small team of 3. Made up of 1 F/T (you) and 2 P/T staff. IT, Administration skills and Organisational skills are required.
