Description

Working on a Kent and Medway NHS funded pilot project, this role provides telephone-based information to members of the public who are immunosuppressed to enable them to make informed decisions about accessing the Covid-19 vaccine.


Hours of work:
Full or Part Time between Mon-Fri 9 am - 5pm

Annual Leave: 30 days plus bank holidays pro rata

Office (Turkey Mill, Maidstone, Kent ME14 5PP) or Home Based after training

We are looking for a clear communicator to provide telephone-based information to members of the public who are hesitant or require further information about receiving the Covid-19 vaccine.

Taking a holistic approach, you will enable people to feel comfortable in discussing their concerns and convey information from a set resource to empower individuals to make their own decisions.


You will need excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability and confidence to deal with high call volumes whilst remaining focused, patient and calm under pressure.

You will have a positive 'can-do' attitude, with a passion for improving the wellbeing of others and strong IT skills, including data entry with a high level of accuracy, and good knowledge of data protection.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 2 months


Salary:
£12.50-£15.00 per hour


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Maidstone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
