    Barker Ross are delighted to be recruiting for a permanent
    Fleet Quality Administrator for one of the leading vehicle leasing company in the UK, this role is based in Milton Keynes.


Our client is a UK's largest independent truck and trailer rental company, specialising in contract hire, rental and leasing of heavy commercial vehicles.

The company has grown by focusing its business model on asset rental for cold storage, vans, buses, coaches, materials handling equipment and sweepers.

This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it.

Here is a flavour of what you'll be doing day to day:


  • Processing of invoices for both our customers and within our branch network.
  • Processing documentation to support invoices and recharges.
  • Dealing with telephone queries received within the fleet department and dealing with them efficiently.
  • Other general administration.

To be successful in this role as a Fleet Quality Administrator in Milton Keynes you must be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner, have strong administrative skills, be PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks, also can work well under pressure.


The salary is between £23,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on the experience.


Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM.
