Salary:
£11 per hour.

Contract:
Permanent annualised hours and seasonal contracts available.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week on a 5 day rota basis.

Due to the nature of the business, Park Wardens will be required to work a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays. Annual leave will be restricted during peak season times._

Why we need you:

We are recruiting Park Warden Couples to be an integral part of the day-to-day operation of our Holiday Park; Kelling Heath, Weybourne, nestled in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside.

What you'll do:

These exciting roles will be full of variety and no day will be the same.

Duties will include but won't be limited to; overseeing the siting of touring Guests onto their designated pitch, ensuring Guests vacate their pitch in a timely manner, assisting with security, being a key point of contact for Guest enquiries, Guest check in after hours, day-to-day grounds care and maintenance, maintaining the cleanliness of the Parks including Housekeeping duties across the facilities blocks, hire fleet accommodation, central service areas and Village Square.

Contract options:

Full time permanent contract, noting that you will be unable to stay on Park between 1st Jan - 10th Feb - your pay will be annualised which means you will receive a consistent salary throughout the year but will work additional hours over the busy summer period to compensate for the weeks over winter where there will be limited or no work.

Full time, seasonal contract commencing on 1st March 2024 until 31st October or 30th November 2024 depending on requirements. Hours will be paid in the standard way for this contract type.

In return we will provide you with a free electric pitch on Park for your touring caravan/motorhome accommodation, along with other benefits including complimentary use of Health and Fitness Club at Kelling Heath (which includes a gym and swimming pool) and discounts on Park including subsidised staff meals
