Description

Duties:

  • Keeping owner files up to date
  • Internal Customer Database
  • Ensuring holiday homes are compliant by keeping gas and electrical certification records
updated.

  • Being the first point of contact for owner enquiries and requests.
  • Ensure all aftersales issues from holiday owners are dealt with in a timely and efficient
manner.

  • Provide key administrative support to the Sales team when required.
  • Assist with ad hoc owner events both on and off park.
  • Liaise with other departments on a regular basis.
  • Answering telephone calls and queries.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including responding to correspondence from
holiday homeowners and team members.

  • General administrative and office duties as required.

Skills:


  • Competent with Microsoft systems including Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Calm approach, able to meet customer demands.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Efficient and accurate record keeping
  • Confidence in dealing with customers, members of the public, colleagues and
contractors.

  • Commitment to high standards of confidentiality.
  • A team player with a flexible attitude

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
£23,800.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
