Time 4 Recruitment have a fantastic 12-month temporary opportunity for a Site Manager based in Fishponds, Bristol - working for a small independent design and build contractor.
As Temporary Site Manager you will be working on a £3 million – 7 Block, multi storey, residential project of 82 apartments which will include new windows, balconies and flat roof.
This role of Site Manager will suit an Assistant Strong Site Supervisor ready to take the next step To be successful in this role you must have the confidence to stand on your own.
This role is to start asap for up to 12 months' work in Fishponds, Bristol.
As Site Manager you will work on their new design and build RC accommodation project - to supervise and oversee the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs whilst Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public.
You will report your progress daily to the Contracts Manager and Company Director.
