Client Onboarding Associate

Bruin has partnered with a boutique wealth manager who is seeking a Client Onboarding Associate to join their team. Our client is embarking on an exciting journey of digital transformation and process optimisation.

They are dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients while driving efficiency and innovation in the financial services industry.

As a Client Onboarding Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in their mission to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients in a compliant, efficient, and timely manner.
Conduct AML/KYC and PEP/Sanction checks on new clients.
Create and manage client accounts with our Custodian and on our internal portal.
Assist with preparation of product trackers and documentation.
Maintain data integrity across all systems.
Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Experience and Skills Required:

Previous experience in Asset Management/Financial Services preferred.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with AML/KYC policies and procedures.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive and organized approach to work.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Expectation to complete Intelligent Partnership Qualification (VCT, EIS, BR) within 6 months of employment.
