We are currently looking for a positive, trustworthy and very reliable carer, who has patience and and can demonstrate compassion towards others? We have a team of carers working in the community around the Marshfield, Duffryn and Tredegar Park areas.

Pay is graded, based on care qualifications.

We understand that in order to get to our client's home's, the carer needs to use their own vehicles.

We are aware this can be expensive, so we provide a number of ways to reimburse our staff, from help with maintenance to their vehicle, to providing a higher-than-average petrol allowance.

As a carer, you do not need experience in supporting others, just a willingness to learn.

Wages:

Starting at £10.45 p/hr basic + Mileage 45p + Unsocial Hours increase + Excellent Overtime Rates


Worktimes:


Shifts are 7-3pm and pm 5-11pm Days, Evenings and Weekends (Evenings & Weekend offer a higher rate of pay) Later starts or earlier finishes may be accommodated.


Essentials:


  • You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.
  • You must be prepared to undertake training or refreshers.
  • You must have a genuine interest in this type of work.

Job Role:

To visit clients in their own homes and provide various care services and support. These services may include personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and some other light duties.
