A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Supervisor, for one of London's top estates spanning from Regents Street through to St James to Kensington Palace.

This includes some of London's best places to work, shop and experience, regional retail and leisure destinations, and a substantial rural portfolio.


We are looking for someone who will demonstrate and deliver high quality customer service to both our clients and service users.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who can manage and develop the Security team in all areas of Security and maintain close working relations.


You will be expected to effectively manage Security to ensure that the team are working in line with site policies and procedures.

Maintain that the Client is fully briefed and updated regarding any Security related issues that arise.

Job Requirements:


  • SIA Licence required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience within a security environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times
  • Must have an excellent command of English Language & good IT Skills
  • A friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character
  • To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation
  • Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
  • Have excellent telephone manners and facetoface customer care duties.
  • Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties
  • Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested

Job Role:


  • Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
  • Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be proactive and think on your feet use initiative to deliver the best possible level of service.
  • Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift
  • Confident in writing incident and shift reports
  • To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
  • Maintain high level of discipline, this includes excellent appearance, excellent timekeeping, excellent attendance, and professional conduct at all times.
  • To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
  • Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms / integrated systems
  • Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.
  • Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process,
  • Escalate and Disseminate information in a timely manner to the correct personnel in the event or during an emergency or Incident on site.
  • To have a smart appearance befitting the company
  • Able to contribute with any level of ideas that may improve the level of service.

Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Deliver regular patrols to a variety of unmanned and manned properties, externally and internally.
  • Manage and mentor a team of over 20 security officers
  • Working predominately out of business hours.
  • Compliance with the Data Protection Act and CCTV code of practice
  • Report and maintain a written record of all faults / incidents
  • Assists occupiers, contractors, visitors, and tourists with enquiries
  • Log and announce visitors out of hours
  • Access Control & keys distribution management
  • Maintain radio communications at all times
  • Incident team role evacuation management duties
  • Monitoring and use of CCTV, fire, intruder and other electronic systems
  • Responding quickly and effectively to emergency situations and assisting with fire evacuation procedures
  • The implementation of Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, and other inhouse safety/environmental policies
  • Report writing following security investigations.
  • Front of House physical access control support.
  • Follow emergency procedures as required
  • Check all electronic patrol points when on patrol
  • Ensure personal and public safety in the carrying out of duties
  • To carry out reception duties when required
  • Ensure statutory compliance by completing relevant sections of the Fire Logbook.
  • Managing the loading bay operation.
