About The Role:
Safe East - Integrated Young People's Health and Wellbeing Service (Sexual Health and Substance Misuse)
Ages up to 25 for those in care or with SEND & up to 25 for Sexual health). Providing sexual health and substance misuse services.
It works to a service model providing targeted and specialist services within the community and outreach work to ensure greater accessibility and enhance the health and wellbeing of young people within the community.
Our integrated approach helps address health risk behaviours closely associated with substance misuse and sexual risk-taking behaviour, as well as addressing the wider needs of young people in a holistic, trauma-informed approach.
We support young people by informing them so they can make informed choices that minimises harm to themselves and others.
Activities include:
- Substance Misuse, information, advice and support (Spanning universal, targeted, specialist)
- Sex, issues around consent and relationships, contraception, testing and treatment for STIs
- Promote good sexual health and wellbeing
- Condoms, C card registration
- Advice on Safe Sex
- Our service was recently inspected by CQC and received a rating of 'GOOD' for its sexual health services.
The Administrator will be an active member of the team who will contribute and support the delivery of positive outcomes for children, young people and families.
They will have a lead responsibility for managing integrated administrative systems across Tower Hamlets including how data is collected and used to ensure that the service is able to meet local needs and contributes to the contract monitoring report.
The Administrator will be a 'super-user' for Theseus, our case management system, and support the central data team in training Tower Hamlets staff in use of the system.
The Administrator will be responsible for producing data for the Team Leader and Service Manager to support informing areas of development in the service and manage performance.
The role will also provide professional information, advice and support to skill mix teams to develop, deliver and maintain effective and standardised information governance systems and excellent customer focused care.
