Senior Business Analyst
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, who are a reputable financial services organisation.

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to focus on various insurance and protection focussed change projects across the organisation.

Our client havea flexible approach to home working but will require fortnightly trips to their HQ's located in Swindon.

The main responsibility for this position will be to act in an advisory position to assist business design delivery and perform business analysis activities including requirement elicitation, gap & impact analysis, business process modelling, while leadingcontinuous improvement with Agile ways of working._

Role & Responsibilities:

Help in contractual discussions with insurance clients and support detailed analysis of impacts
Be the first point of escalation for business design delivery
Identify inefficiency and recommend new ways of working
Estimate, plan and define business analysis activities
Ensure business design services adhere to quality standards
Define the business problem and primary objectives of the new projects
Lead crossfunctional business process reengineering teams and continuous improvement efforts
Create functional requirements use cases, coordinate walkthroughs with stakeholders, signoffs, and verifications with the users

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in Protection and Insurance industry is mandatory.
Extensive experience in business analysis and requirements elicitation
Experience working with stakeholders at different levels (business as well as technical)
Experience working in waterfall as well as Agile environment.
Experience in conducting workshops and sessions to elicit business requirements.
Experience in gathering Non-Functional requirements.
Proficient in Business Process mapping, creating AS-IS, TO-BE business processes, High level, detailed level Business Requirements and Target Operating Model
Experience in conducting gap analysis, impact analysis.
Experience in using different SCRUM tools such has JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Experience in multivendor environment
Strong interpersonal, consultative, and stakeholder management skills

Package:

Up to £75K
