A fast-growing, FinTech company is looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join their busy London team as an IFA Onboarding Manager.

Due to expansion, you will be following up new business enquiries from the sales team to ensure maximum conversion.

The IFA Onboarding Manager role is a full time, hybrid role, working 3 days a week in London in a fast paced, vibrant environment.

As an IFA Onboarding Manager, your responsibilities will include.

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to incoming queries in a timely manner
  • Prepare deposit illustrations to show clients available products
  • Presenting the cash management platform and the benefits to advisers and paraplanners
  • Providing platform demonstrations to advisers and paraplanners
  • Followup leads to ensure maximum conversion
  • Responding to due diligence questions
  • Signing up advisory firms to the platform
  • Preparing monthly management information including pipeline

We are looking for an IFA Onboarding Manager who has the following skills and experience.

  • Experience working in the financial sector, ideally working with, or supporting IFA's is essential
  • A selfmotivated individual with a cando attitude, capable of excelling in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
  • Personable and confident building relationships
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong team player with excellent people skills including a confident telephone and presentation skills
  • Strong IT skills including capability in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
