Our client is a fast-growing, award winning, FinTech company.

Having experienced continued growth, an exciting new vacancy has arisen for an individual to join the
IFA Sales Account Management team.


Reporting to the Head of Sales, the
Account Managerwill be responsible for helping grow and onboard assets with key IFA and Wealth Management distribution partners.


As an Account Manager your responsibilities will include:

The management of a portfolio of Financial Adviser firms:

  • Building relationships at Adviser and client level, helping them at point of sale with platform queries, client illustrations and other platform related activities
  • Generating new business in Partnership with each respective Partner firm
  • Selling the client and Adviser benefits of the platform
  • Organising the training of partners via webinar and sometimes face to face
  • Identifying new Partnership opportunities
  • Partner due diligence

New Business Quotations:

You will put together quotes for new clients using internal systems and help to explain the service to them


This will include:

  • Quote creation
  • Tracking the status of the quote as clients decide to go ahead

System & Process Improvement:

You will be using internal systems and processes every day, and as a business, continually looking to improve these.

Our client will want your ideas on how to do the following:


  • Make processes more efficient
  • Make processes easier for clients
  • Make the technology interface more userfriendly

Qualifications and Skills
Working in an FCA regulated environment, we need bright, high quality individuals with:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience of working within IFA sales and / or Platform Implementation, ideally a mix of over the phone and face to face with a strong track record of sales delivery, helping meet and / or exceed sales targets over that timeframe
  • The ability to present to groups of IFAs/wealth advisers and clients with a high degree of impact
  • Knowledge of the Financial Planning process and a strong ability to engage customers using that knowledge
  • Confidence with technology and the ability to use tech as part of the sales process
  • The ability to influence individuals within an organisation at all levels, from administrators to senior sales management
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Strong work ethic
  • Great communication skills
  • Capacity to excel in a fastpaced environment
  • Personable and friendly manner
  • Great team player


Alongside a competitive basic salary, annual discretionary bonus structure and benefits package, with a good work ethic and lots of enthusiasm, there is unique potential to grow and develop within the business.

**It is envisaged that you will spend 2-3 days working from the London City office, with the remainder of your time client facing and / or working from home.
