WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING FOR:

An exciting opportunity to work with an outstanding and well-known company based on the outskirts of Woking town centre.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:


  • Provide a high level of service with a customer centric focus
  • Resolve queries and complaints
  • Liaising with colleagues and create a positive interdepartmental relationship
  • Provide customers and suppliers with relevant administration to ensure a smooth product purchase.

WHAT THEY WILL NEED FROM YOU:

  • A high calibre of customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deal with complaints and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner
  • Previous experience in a similar role ideal

WHAT WILL YOU GAIN:


  • Our client is paying a salary up to £28k
  • Free Parking
  • Pension Scheme
  • Hours are 9.00 am pm
  • 20 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays
