We have an exciting opportunity available providing Quality Improvement Support.

It is an exciting time to join the team as we are continuing to build upon our Quality Improvement work across the Trust and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual.

If you are passionate about Quality Improvement and want to help others to develop improvement knowledge and skill this could be the role for you.


The post holder will provide a comprehensive advice support service to the Faculty of Learning, Leadership and Improvement, ensuring relevant information is effectively collated, accessible and clearly presented for use in meetings with staff at all levels of the organisation.


The post holder will provide administrative support to members of the Faculty, including liaising with a wide range of staff at all levels to schedule multi-disciplinary meetings and workshops ensuring provision of relevant technologies and required materials.


The post holder will be required to develop knowledge of Quality Improvement methodology and the Life QI platform to provide support to the Clinical Lead for Improvement and the Quality Improvement facilitator in embedding the Quality Improvement Strategic plan.

The post holder will communicate with staff at all levels of the organisation and with colleagues external to the organisation including Higher Education Institutes, governing bodies and partner organisations.


Communicates effectively establishing good working relationships with a wide range staff at all levels, including liaising with external partners and stakeholders to co-ordinate meetings.

Arrange meetings, liaising with all stakeholders as appropriate to set a mutually convenient time and date.

This will include co-ordination and preparation of agendas and supporting documents, ensuring they are produced in the required format, that this information is circulated to the relevant individuals in good time and the arrangement of a suitable venue with appropriate technology and materials available.

Complete documentation to support meetings and plan and arrange training events to support development.

Develop your own quality improvement knowledge and skill to provide support for events and activities taking place.
