An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Band 3 Patient Access Officer within the Referral Management Centre at Guy's and St Thomas
NHS Foundation Trust.
This is an exciting role where the post holder will join an established team which provides referral management trust wide and will work from both the
Guy's and the St Thomas sites.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. The successful
Experience within the NHS is desirable and the role offers training, support and good opportunities for development.

The department has a strong commitment to excellence in service and the post holder will have an opportunity to interact with many Trust services
strong data data quality skills

The key focus for the role will be:
Providing a professional and high quality service for patient referral processing within the Trust
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with services to ensure patients referrals are processed in line with Trust guidelines
Ensuring accurate data entry to help the Trust meet all internal and external access targets in relation to outpatient appointments, admissions
and pathway management
Providing a high quality service for patients and clinical teams
