An exciting opportunity is available to join the Insourcing and Outsourcing team to create additional capacity for our patients on a fixed term basis.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to be part of something exciting and help reduce our waiting lists.
The roll will evolve as we progress with the insourcing and outsourcing programme, leading to opportunities for the right individual.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi task and stay calm under pressure is essential.
Working within a busy environment, to provide an accurate and prompt administrative function to facilitate the delivery of a professional, efficient and effective booking and administrative service.
Using own initiative in sometimes complex situations to ensure that patients are booked in line with Local and National Access Targets.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting other team members to deliver the Access targets and patient focused booking service.
Duties/ responsibilities:
Provide administration for patient pathways. For example, this may include working in a booking centre.
Act as first of contact for all enquiries into the Trust.
Use of local patient administration systems to manage all referrals, waiting lists and appointments for all patients in a timely manner.
