About the Role

As the PIA Coordinator you will be reporting into the Senior PIA Coordinator and will interface into BT Openreach (BTOR) working alongside the Planning Team, the Build team and also the Voneus Sub-Contractors working on site, ensuring the PIA process including Network Adjustments is followed & maximised for a slick build programme.

What you will be responsible for*- Engage into BT Openreach ensuring that Voneus have industry leading relationships as a customer and a supplier.

Monitor and manage the Network Adjustment (NA) process with the Partners and Build team ensuring that we are claiming and receiving funding for the maximum possible.
Ensure Voneus both achieves and maintains it's Path To Collaboration (PTC) status with BTOR.
Track and report against the NA fund for the release of payments for NA's completed.
Work with the Voneus Subcontractors to drive best in industry PIA practices.
Ensure that Voneus follows the PIA process
Build and maintain effective and healthy relationships with Design Partners, Build Partners and particularly Openreach
Work with Partners and the PMO team to give understanding on NA payments where applicable and the impact to the CPPP
Liaising with all required internal departments and teams to ensure the successful rollout of the fibre build
Ensure that all Partners and Suppliers are compliant to our company requirements within the PIA contract.
Work with the PIA Manager to achieve and maintain PTC.
To abide by the Compliance Policies and Procedures of the Company
Control of PIA costs for both rental and the claiming against the NA funds

What we are looking for

An understanding and experience of PIA usage ideally as part of an Alt-Net is hugely advantageous.
Experience of the Openreach network topography particularly Passive Infrastructure Access (PIA) process is a real positive
Strong administration skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Flexible, quick thinker, highly organised and can deal with tight deadlines and a demanding environment
Confident and proactive, prepared to take a handson approach.
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
An openminded consultative approach.
Ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback.
Ability to creatively solve problems.
Attention to detail without missing the bigger picture
Any training in PIA a bonus
Project Management experience and/or training advantageous
