Exciting Property Administration Opportunity - Hybrid/WFH - Flexitime - Full Study Support

Salary up to £32,000 DOE

Our client is a well-respected Financial Services business who are currently entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for an experienced Property Administrator.

Ideally, you will have a background in buying properties for SIPPs and in liaisingwith all parties involved in the process.

You will be experienced in the following:

Previous experience working in a fast-paced Property Management Environment, ideally gained in a SIPP or SSAS team
Experienced in Commercial Lease administration
Knowledge in purchasing and selling of Commercial Properties
Excellent analytical and communication Skills
High level of attention to detail
