Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team.

As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.

This is a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to simple electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members
Diagnose and address maintenance issues efficiently and effectively
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs and materials used
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Driving

Must hold a full and valid UK driving license. Travel to different sites as needed for maintenance tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance or related field
General maintenance work including resealing, lock changes and general day to day repair
Excellent problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail
Simple electrical repairs and plumbing skills with fault finding of potential leaks, isolating valaves etc
Customer serviceoriented mindset with good communication skills
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
