- Process purchase invoices and credit notes promptly
- Handle credit card expenses
- Create sales invoices using Sage
- Conduct monthly payment runs
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end journals
- Manage petty cash reconciliation
- Address customer and supplier queries
- Coordinate stationary orders
- Take care of occasional administrative tasks
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Are you skilled in bookkeeping and have a strong attention to detail? We are looking for someone to assist with finance administration in a lively team.
Don't worry about the schedule, it's quite flexible and can fit around your current commitments. The only requirement is to be in the office 3 - 4 days a week.
